You only need to fill out a contact form containing a few questions about your business/website.

Then you will get a confirmation email that we received your email. After that, we will check your website & the rest of the info that you provided.

If you qualify for the free audit, we will send you a link to our calendar, where you can pick an available date and time for our video conference.

During the video call, we will present you our findings and we will propose valuable solutions and suggestions to improve your business and website.

The duration of the call will be 30 minutes. If we don’t have any other appointments and we need more time to discuss, we maybe able to stretch it for a few extra minutes.

Getting in touch.

Firstly, you have to tell us a bit about your project. We will review your information and get back to you within 24-48 hours. If we need any clarifications we will let you know.

Arranging a video conference.

After we review your request and your project looks like a good fit, we will send you a form to fill out with more detailed information about your goals, purpose, problems you are having with your business, etc. This is very important so that we can prepare for our meeting. It will save us a lot of time and extra meetings.

Then, we will send you a link to our online calendar where you can see our available slots and choose a convenient date and time for our meeting.

Proposal

We do not really like sending proposals via email. This is because we believe that it is much better to go through the proposal together. In case you have any questions concerning specific services, costs or you need clarifications on certain parts of the proposal.

This is why by the end of the first video call, we will suggest that we arrange a second one after 2-3 days. On our second video call, we will present to your our proposal and we can elaborate on it and possibly come to an agreement.

Finally, on the proposal we will only include services that you actually need, according to your needs and objectives.

Agreement – Deposit

After we agree on the proposal, we will send you an invoice for the deposit. Depending on the total cost of the project, we may ask for a deposit in the range of 30-50% of the total amount.

When we receive the payment, we will create an account for you in our interactive client portal. There, you will be able to see the project timeline, to-do lists, completed tasks, invoices, etc. In general, you can track the whole progress of the project, our conversations and send us messages and feedback.

Project kick-off

Then we begin building your website according to the data we have from our conversations, completed form, etc.

The process is almost identical with building a website from scratch.

Even though there is an existing website, we will probably need to reconstruct every aspect of it. From the choice of CMS platform to the whole content.

The sure thing is that we will make it better and faster, a website that you will be proud of.

In general, we can deliver a complete website within 2-4 months depending on the complexity of the project.

If the project is urgent, we might be able to deliver sooner but it will cost more because we will assign more people on it.
